I felt so much relieved now… Been so busy with so many activities for the past 2 weeks. First, was the interchurch children camp. Then, followed by Powerhouse creative arts youth camp this week. All nights were fully occupied.

I was sharing with the youth on Monday night on ‘TEAMWORK’. I hope they learned something about what’s team work is really about.

T= Trust one another, E= Encourage one another, A= Aim must be the same, M= Must glorify God in everthing the group does.

Indeed, we are one body in Christ. When one falls, the whole body will be affected.

Last night, my mum treated all her teachers with an appreciation dinner for all their contributions during our school annual year end concert. Also, to thank all the staff for being such a dedicated teachers. We had our dinner at 1Borneo, BBQ hotpot. Ate so much until I can’t breath! Had a good time fellowshipping with one another. After that, some of the teachers went shopping… I wasnt able to move due to my full tummy, so I decided to just stay at the restaurant while waiting for them to come back.

And tonight…… we gonna have BBQ again!!! My parents’ cellgroup is having Christmas dinner. I guess Im just gonna eat salad tonight, enough of meat! Ewww….. =/

Interchurch Children Camp 2

VBS ( Vacation Bible School) has just ended. I had a wonderful 3 days day camp with the children from different churches in Kota Kinabalu. Its truly amazing to see how the children responded on God’s word. I believe God is moving in the midst of the children. Many children accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour during the camp! Do continue to pray for these children so that they will continue to have the COURAGE to know, trust, believe, follow and speak up! Here are some pictures taken during VBS…

When the Lord challenges….

I just finished reading the Book of Job and the one thing  Ive learned was that, God is in control in every situations. Whether its bad or good, He is in control. When God challenged Job in chapter 38 – 41, I’m speechless. What more, if you’re in Job’s situation.

Yes, we can complain and complain or even question God about His plan for us. To some, maybe we end up blaming God when the things we want to accomplish failed. I admit that sometimes I do question God if things didn’t turn out well. But after reading the book of Job, I was really challenged  by His words. Indeed, God is in control in every single bits of my life. Now, I dare not question God… =/

Something for us to ponder about… taken from the book of Job

– Who is this that questions my wisdom which such ignorant words?

– Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?

– Have you explored the springs from which the seas come?

– Can you hold back the movements of the stars?

– Do you know when the mountain goats give birth?

– Are you the one who makes the hawk soar..?

– Do you still want to argue with the Almighty?

Lord, forgive me!

What’s ur habit?

I remembered when I was young, I used to have one favorite pillow which I wouldn’t let go off… and my habit was, sniffing the edge of my favorite pillow. I remember my pillow was white in color with tiny blue flowers which eventually changed into brown dirty pillow. I love the pillow so much until my mum had to force me to let go of it. I retaliated and cried so badly. The pillow has been with me for more than 5 yrs so you can imagine how rotten it was… but still, I miss my smelly dirty pillow! =(  What’s your childhood habit?

I spotted many children habits in school. Some bite their fingernails, some like to dig their nose, some just love to put their legs on the chairs while eating and many many more. That’s where moral classes come in. You know, we wont want the children to bring these habits to their teenage years… better correct them while they are still young.

Recently, I realized I have a new habit!! I love to CHEW ice cubes!! !! I couldn’t stop this habit although my dentist has already warned me that it might cause problem to my teeth sooner or later. But still, its sooo nice to chew ice cubes!! Nyummmm~ =) Next time if you see me chewing ice cubes, pinch me on my cheeks! I give you permission to do so… =) So, what’s your habit?

Anyway, the reason I create this blog is to share about the goodness of God in my life. Without Him, Im nothing! Been reading many blogs written by friends. I am so blessed by what they wrote. So, I thought to myself,  maybe I can use this blog to bless others as well? So, here I am…. =)

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord” Jeremiah 17v7
